RENTAL ESSENTIALS

Frequently asked questions

Can I rent equipment without a pilot?

Yes. Request equipment-only rental if your team can operate the selected system and meet the requirements for the planned operation. If you need an operator, choose Drone + Pilot.

Is equipment availability shown live?

Availability is confirmed for your dates, location and configuration after review. Sending a request does not reserve equipment or create a booking.

How are rental rates determined?

The quote reflects the system, accessories, duration, location and fulfilment plan. Daily, weekly, monthly and project rentals can be requested.

Can you arrange delivery or pickup?

Request your preferred option and provide a postal code. The available delivery or pickup arrangement and its cost are confirmed in your quote; no local branch is implied.

What certification do I need?

Requirements depend on the aircraft and operation. Review current Transport Canada guidance and your site conditions. Equipment rental does not grant flight permission.

What is included in a rental?

The confirmed quote lists the aircraft or payload, controller, batteries, charging equipment and any agreed accessories. Request the complete configuration your workflow needs.

Can you recommend a system?

Use Find My Drone or tell us the output you need, site location and dates. Include accuracy or reporting requirements when relevant.

Are deposits and insurance required?

Applicable deposit, insurance, damage, cancellation and return terms are provided with the rental agreement before you accept. Requirements can vary by equipment and project.
